Stapleton Filing 14 Development

BTC was contracted by Park Creek Metro District to install 14,000 LF of 8" to 30" PVC Sanitary Sewer, 8,000 LF of 24" to 78" RCP Storm Sewer, 5,000 LF of 7'x7' to 11'x7' box culvert Storm Sewer, 20,000 LF of 18" to 12" DIP waterline, 357 LF of 42" auger bore, and 364 LF of 84" microtunnel. 

This project was developed on the old Stapleton International Airport site, with many unknown or abandoned utilities, ground water, excavation depths in excess of 40 feet, and tunneling underneath two major highways (the I-270 and I-70 Interchange).

Installation of 78" RCP Storm Sewer in excavation depths of over 40 LF.
