We require the cooperation of all our employees in order to achieve this goal. No employee should be injured due to lack of training in the proper use of equipment, procedures, chemicals or other hazards associated with the job.
Projects must be completed in the safest manner possible with the security of employees, the public, and property being of the highest priority. Shortcuts and procedures that compromise safety will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
All Supervisory Personnel are expected to conduct their projects at all times in strict compliance with federal, local, and BTC safety regulations. Supervisors can expect full support from management in enforcing our Safety Program.
BTC is proud of the strong safety record we have maintained since our first project in 1980. Adherence to the Safety Program is compulsory for all employees and will continue to serve as a tool for setting performance and accident prevention objectives.
